About.

Thomas started taking lessons at 11, playing blues, funk, rock and indie while also developing his skills as a singer-songwriter. When he was about 16 years old, he got into jazz and music production. Ever since then he has been bringing those worlds together.

He graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in jazz studies and a sub-specialization in audio-production and composition. During those years, he played and released music with the collaborative hip-hop/neo-soul group. He also focused on jazz and production, and this in turn caused me to create my first full length E.P “Spark,” which defines a sound he calls Alternative Jazz. This involves a collaboration of genres with a jazz backbone, and he continues to develop this type of music throughout his career as well as other genres. I also have had the pleasure of performing and collaborating with fellow producer/composers Jay James, Jesse Aaron and Lydon on many of their projects. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California, where he teaches and inspires others while developing my craft as an artist.
